What is our Return Policy?

At Fashion Taste Makers TX, we take pride in the quality and curation of every piece we offer. Our goal is for you to love your purchase from the moment it arrives.

Clients have 12 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery to request an exchange or return.
To be eligible, the item must be processed within 6 days of receipt and arrive back to us within 12 business days.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Because most selections are made during private fittings or styling sessions, all sales are generally considered final once confirmed. However, we are happy to assist with an exchange within the 12-day window if adjustments are needed.

Refunds to the original method of payment are only issued if the item received is defective or incorrect.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.

Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: Because we often bring pieces directly to our clients for private fittings, sizing issues are rare and satisfaction is ensured from the start. (This service is currently available only in San Antonio, Texas.)
