What is our return policy?
At Fashion Taste Makers TX, we stand by the quality of every piece we curate. We want you to love your purchase, and we do our best to ensure fit and satisfaction from the start.
• Clients have 12 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery to request an exchange or return.
• All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
• Because most purchases are tried on during private fittings or styling sessions, sales are generally considered final once selected, but we will gladly assist with an exchange within the 12-day window if needed.
• Refunds (to the original method of payment) will be issued only if the item received is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed.
